Sponsorship

The 2015 Feed and Pet Food Joint Conference provides many ways for industry suppliers to increase their industry exposure through sponsorship of the event.

Sponsors are recognized based upon their total contribution to the Joint Conference, including fees paid for booth space, according to the following schedule:

Exhibit Hall Sponsorships

 

Exhibit Space

All exhibit spaces are 8' x 10' and include a table, two chairs, wastebasket and ID sign. Price of exhibit space includes one complimentary attendee per booth.

 Registration  Lounge  $12,500  Lounge area with leather chairs and plants near registration where attendees can hold quick, informal meetings. Sponsor logo on signage (lighted pillars)

A reservation list will be used. Bookings begin June 3 for remaining available reception stations. (3) bar stations available per reception.

(1) total. PFI & NGFA will produce a one color logo on coozies. Can be distributed at reception or put in conference bag.

(1) total. Sponsor receives premier access to AD space. Will receive one full page ad in printed program.

Lanyards

One color logo. NGFA/PFI will produce lanyard and distribute with badge.

Conference Bag

(1) total. PFI & NGFA will produce a bag that features Joint Conference logo and sponsor logo.

Bag Inserts

Sponsor responsible for production and shipping to hotel. Maximum size 8.5"x11" when fully unfolded; double-sided allowed.
